Absolutely not — our programs are designed to welcome beginners and seasoned athletes alike. We assess your current level before placing you in the right program.
What should I bring to my first session? +
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and supportive athletic shoes. We provide towels, equipment, and a complimentary fitness assessment on your first visit.
Are your trainers certified professionals? +
Yes, every trainer on our team holds nationally recognized certifications such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. We also require ongoing education to ensure up-to-date coaching methods.
How do I cancel or reschedule a session? +
You can cancel or reschedule any session up to 24 hours in advance through our online portal or by calling our front desk. Late cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a $15 fee.
Do you offer nutrition guidance along with fitness training? +
Yes, our licensed sports nutritionist offers individual consultations and customized meal planning as part of select memberships. Standalone nutrition sessions are also available starting at $60.
Is parking available at your Shreveport location? +
We have a dedicated free parking lot directly adjacent to our facility with ample space for all members and guests. Bike racks are also available for those who prefer to ride in.
